Returns Policy

DELIVERY
If you are unsure of these delivery terms and conditions, or are seeking more information in regards to our delivery service, please email us at info@gordonmacs.com.au prior to purchasing. This website is linked to Gordon Macdonald Electricals' operational and transportation hub. Delivery costs are based on item size / weight; with flat fee offered on some products as and when displayed. Where possible items are sent at the fastest delivery means within our transportation network. If orders are placed that exceed weights and dimensions covered by our local transportation ie pallets of freight to remote location or traverse great distance Gordon Macdonald Electrical reserves the right to cancel the order and negotiate on fair freight charge to cover costs of delivery. Remote areas, pallet deliveries and big/bulky items may attract additional surcharges. We will contact you immediately if this is the case. Please allow 1-3 days for metro delivery. WA, NT and other remote locations please allow 7-14 days delivery time. Your order will be filled within 24 hours whenever possible. If for reasons beyond our control we are unable to dispatch your order within 48 hours (supplier stock issue, special order stock, etc) we will contact you so that we can make alternative arrangements. We reserve the right to terminate any orders and refund all monies in total.


RETURNS
All products purchased from Gordon Macdonald Pty Ltd ("we/us") are backed by a Return Policy.  All "change of mind" products returned must be in perfect unused condition, with all components, complete with original packaging within 60 days of purchase. Returns over 60 days may be accepted at management discretion and may be subject to a re-stocking fee.  We will not allow returns on user-damaged or incomplete products. Proof of purchase is required. To arrange a return, we must be notified of intent to return and confirmed with RMA# before any credit or return may take place. Products that are custom made or configured to order will not be eligible for return, including, for example, cut-lengths of cable. Customer-specific orders that are non-stock items or "buy-ins", regardless of the timeframe, may only receive credit or refund if or when the original supplier / manufacturer provides us with a credit and may be subject to a restocking fee.  We recommend that you return your unwanted items using registered post or traceable courier. We can not be held responsible if returned items are lost in transit.

DAMAGED / FAULTY GOODS If you find that the goods were damaged in transit please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the goods. If you recieve an item with a manufacturing fault, you must advise us within 7 days of delivery. We will organise for the return of the goods and arrange send a replacement product. We will incur the cost of return postage. 

WARRANTIES
Product warranties are governed by the respective manufacturers and / or suppliers warranty terms and conditions (available on request). We will not be liable to you or any third party for any loss suffered due to product failure. We will process product warranty claims through the respective manufacturers and/or suppliers.
